Dr. Chris Ries and I co-designed the Chiropractic Professional range of beds. We started with the great, core Miracoil spring system and then modified the internal layering until we had a bed with what we considered the best support in the world.

Pressure mapping guided us on our quest for the best support for our patients. Here in Malaysia, only Dreamland is truly behind research and development. The pressure mapping system they've purchased is very expensive but it shows they are serious about giving Malaysians the best. At the R & D laboratory, every Dreamland mattress design is extensively examined to achieve the highest requirements of manufacturing standards.

This is the pressure mapping device. It's a bed of fiber optics that senses weight and then sends the measurements back to a computer which generates an image.

 

The image on the computer looks like this. Red is hard pressure and Blue is soft. Everyone is different but a good average was found.
